Filtering Ability
We found, in our tests that most of the planted "bad" content was blocked. Search results were kept clean and chat conversations stayed kid-friendly with the help of CyberPatrol. Our only concern was that sometimes content was needlessly blocked and this block was difficult to override.
Usability
For the most part the interface and features were easy to use. When content and pages were blocked though getting past the block to the necessary page or information was very cumbersome.
Installation
The installation was a little more time consuming, but error free and a breeze to set up.
